The genera comprising the Helenieae in Virginia, Helenium (5 species), Gaillardia (1 species), and Tagetes (1 species) are surveyed systematically. Keys to the genera and species, descriptions, flowering dates, ecological data, and Virginia distribution maps are included. A new county record for H. virginicum is reported.
