Book Review: Atlas of the Vascular Flora of Georgia

This book shows, by means of county-by-county dot maps, the distribution of each species of vascular plant reported from Georgia by the contributors. It includes a brief introduction, a bibliography of more than 350 titles, a section on sources of published and unpublished plant lists for Georgia (with approximately 240 listings), an index to scientific names and an index to common names. The main text, of course, consists of county dot maps and for each species includes the complete scientific name, well-known common names and, in some cases, synonymy.
